This dynamic duet begins with the dance film “O my soul” and continues onstage with sculptural shapes unfolding at shifting speeds, gradually evolving into a conversation where frustration surfaces through wildly swinging arms, reverberating torsos, and moments of stillness that hold a quiet sense of serenity. A bungee cord tethers the two together as the discord climaxes and propels the dancers, heightening the complex interplay between solitude and togetherness. The dancers adhere to an internal unknown rhythm together, rather than the driving pulse of the sound score.
